Menutur Data Deletion

If you are a customer of a business

The business you message on WhatsApp uses Menutur to manage conversations. They control your data. Contact that business and ask for your data to be deleted. They can remove your contact and conversations from Menutur themselves.

If you want to ask us directly

Email contact@menutur.com (PT Humanimal Kreatif Indonesia) with the subject "Data deletion" and tell us:

• The phone number or email used in the conversation.
• The name of the business you contacted, if you know it.
• Whether you want all of your data deleted or only part of it.

What happens next

We check that the request comes from the person the data belongs to, then delete or anonymise the related contact, conversations, attachments, and transcripts. We finish within 30 days and let you know. Data we are required by law to keep is kept only as far as the law requires.

If you are a client who connected Meta

You can end our access at any time from your Meta business settings (Business integrations), or ask us to delete your whole Brand and everything in it by writing to the address above.
